Gold Class shops stay up-to-date by training their staff annually which can be a contributing factor in performing complete, safe and quality repairs. Ongoing training and testing keeps repair technicians up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, technologies and repair methods. Shops that lapse in their training, even for a year, lose their Gold Class status.
